Brisbane Powerhouse is usually accessible on all levels for special needs patrons.

Please be advised that due to issues arising from recent flood damage there have been delays to the construction scheduled to improve access to the Turbine Platform for special needs patrons.

Direct access to the Turbine Platform is currently only available via personal assistance by Brisbane Powerhouse staff. Please make yourself known to Box Office or bar staff should you wish to take advantage of this assistance. If this is not suitable, Turbine Platform events can also be viewed from the upper level which is fully accessible via the lift.

Brisbane Powerhouse apologises for this temporary inconvenience and thanks patrons for their understanding and patience while construction is completed.

We are happy to reserve seats for patrons using wheelchairs, crutches and walking frames but need to know your requirements a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Please let the Box Office know of your requirements when booking tickets.

Designated parking spaces are available for patrons with special needs, and a lift operates from the Stores Building to the Powerhouse Plaza. For patrons who are unable to walk, we will be happy to make arrangements to accommodate your drop off and pick up requirements, with 24 hours advance notice.
