Concessions

Concessions accepted for Brisbane Powerhouse produced events are full-time students, pensioners, senior card holders and unemployed health care card concession only. Concession cards and ID must be shown when collecting tickets or the full price will be charged.

SIDE GALLERY TICKETS

Patrons can now purchase cheap tickets in the new side galleries of the Powerhouse Theatre.  Look out for shows that offer the discounted Side Gallery tickets.  Lower Side Gallery seats may be purchased online however the Upper Side Gallery seats may only be puchased over the phone or in person.  Please note there may be sight restrictions.

Refund and exchange policy

Tickets may only be exchanged, returned or in some cases refunded after purchase in accordance with the Live Performance Australia: Code of Practice for the Ticketing of Live Performance in Australia. Exchange and cancellation fees of $4 per ticket will apply. For further information or to discuss a refund/exchange please contact Powertix on +617 3358 8600. Refunds and exchanges cannot be made online or at external Powertix outlets.

LOST TICKETS

If you have lost or misplaced your tickets, please come to the Box Office in person at least 1 hour before the performance and we will gladly replace your lost tickets, with the correct identification. Please note, lost tickets can only be replaced on the night of the performance.

SEATING MODES

When presented in extended seating mode, seats in the flat floor section of the Powerhouse Theatre (AA - II) are narrower than the usual size theatre seats.

LOCKOUTS

Patrons are advised that some performances at Brisbane Powerhouse may have a Lockout advised. Please organise plenty of time for parking and collection of tickets for these performances as late entry will not be admitted. Details will be available on individual event pages advising patrons of this circumstance.
