Fees and Charges
A full list of fees and charges will be made available on receipt of this enquiry form. Some basic fees can be found in the Presenter Information document (see the link above). All theatre hire fees are payable prior to commencement of booking.
Production Costs
Production costs are deducted at final box office settlement. A production cost estimate can be provided to the Hirer on receipt of technical specifications, a production schedule, lighting plan and stage plan. Any equipment brought on site will require a current electrical test tag.
Marketing and Ticketing
All ticketing is to be handled by the Brisbane Powerhouse Box Office. Fees and charges will be provided on receipt of this enquiry form. All marketing and publicity of the event is the responsibility of the Hirer. Marketing materials are to be approved by Brisbane Powerhouse prior to printing.
Insurance
The hirer must provide a copy of their certificate of currency for public liability insurance covering the period of hire and for the amount of $10,000,000.
