The Hunger

Sat 2 Jun 07

Ever dreamt of being seduced by a gorgeous French vampire? Catch some sultry girl-on-girl action between Catherine Denevue and Susan Sarandon in this queer cult classic.

Deneuve is Miriam, a sexy vampire who subsists on the blood of her lovers. In return, her lovers don’t age, until she gets bored of them. Miriam is on the hunt for a new mate after the death of her boyfriend John (David Bowie). She meets and is instantly attracted to Sarah (Sarandon), a scientist who researches premature aging. Miriam casts a spell on Sarah, who soon finds herself sipping brandy while Deneuve plays Delibes’ Lakmé on the piano. What ensues is one of the hottest seduction scenes in lesbian film history, including an immortal kiss that will change Sarah’s life.
