Crossbow Ensemble

Crossbow presents an extravagant show combining Piazzola Tangos, Satie Gymnopedies and trailblazing 20th century works with cutting edge video art by Norwegian-Australian VJs Miss Random. A highlight of Crossbow will be the world premiere of Tom Adeney’s specially commissioned Baroque-style lute concerto scored for string trio and guitar. Crossbow comprises nine of Queensland’s most outstanding musicians: an evocative combination of strings, winds and piano.
