UK sound maestro Philip Jeck has earned a rare reputation as a grand-master in the art of creating enormous swelling waves of music from the most inconspicuous sources. 

Utilising a range of vintage and contemporary turntables, Jeck manages to transform his unassuming collections of 78s, 45s and 33 speed records, from familiar cultural memory into deeply personal and engulfing journeys of sound.

With numerous recordings published by highly respected UK label Touch and recent collaborations with the likes of Gavin Bryars – Jeck is at the pinnacle of new explorations into gathering and transforming sound sourced from the most domestic of sources.
