Katie Noonan and Karin Schaupp

Following the success of their national tour last year, songstress Katie Noonan and classical guitarist Karin Schaupp hit the road on
the back of their first full-length album Songs of the Southern Skies.

Join in this feast for lovers of all styles of music as Katie and Karin share the music that is close to home and very close to their hearts. The set list includes some of Australia and New Zealand’s best classical, folk, jazz and pop songs from the Finn Brothers, Nick Cave, Bic Runga, The Easybeats and Gotye through to traditional folk songs, as well as a piece by Richard Charlton and a composition by Elena Kats-Chernin written especially for Katie and Karin.

Noonan has four ARIA awards and six platinum sales to her name whilst Schaupp has been lauded around the world as one of the best classical guitarists of her generation.
