Salam Budaya Kawula Muda (Cultural Day For Young People)

Students throughout Southeast Queensland are invited to celebrate Indonesian arts and culture in a series of hands on, interactive workshops by Indonesian guest artists.

Learn to play traditional musical instruments, indulge in Indonesian dance and master the skills of martial arts. Sample food, attend an artist talk by photographers featured in the Mata Hati exhibition, decorate your own umbul umbul (bamboo banner) and see a special performance by West Sumatran company, Nan Jombang Dance.
