Brisbane Festival 2010 presents QUT Festival Theatre
Strange Familiar Angel
Tue 21 - Sat 25 Sep 2010
WORLD PREMIERE BY CIRCA ZOO
We are all beautiful strangers to ourselves.
The latest creation from Circa’s young performance group, Strange Familiar Angel, is a mesmerizing collision of circus skills and young people coming together in a supernova of light, bodies, sound and action.
Performing at the open-air QUT Festival Theatre at the Brisbane Powerhouse, Circa Zoo takes the audience on a white-knuckle ride of metaphysical exploration where performers find their limits then leap off into the unknown through acrobatics and action, trapeze and touch, contortion and coming of age.
