Brisbane Powerhouse and Polyglot Theatre presents
Tangled Web
Tue 28 Jun - Sat 2 Jul 2011
Get caught up in Tangled Web - a huge, messy, fun and interactive elastic-weaving event created in real time by children and their families.
You will enjoy tying yourself up in knots when you join in the Tangled Web. Weave long elastic strands around giant poles, in and out, up and down, creating a stretchy, bouncy play space. Performers join in the fun and musicians play along so everyone can dance!
Melbourne’s Polyglot Theatre’s new interactive event premiered at the 2011 Moomba Festival and comes hot on the heels of their whirlwind 2010 UK tour.

“(Polyglot’s) work reminds us of a time, before computers and the internet, when imagination and simplicity could offer hours of fun” Adam McCarthy, Australia’s deputy high commissioner.
