Brisbane Powerhouse and Ride On Theatre present
The Blind Date Project
Tue 22 - Sat 26 May 2012
A woman sits alone at a half empty Karaoke Bar, waiting for someone. That someone, her blind date, is a different performer every night.
Without scripts or rehearsals, guided only by text messages, random songs and their own sheer audacity, these two will embark on an adventure into the great romantic unknown. The Blind Date Project is an awkward, hilarious and intimate celebration of our desperate, at times humiliating, ever-burning need for love and connection.
Conceived by Bojana Novakovic, Mark Winter and Thomas Henning
