The Drawing Project (Open Studio)
Fri 11 - Sun 13 Feb 2011
Fleur Elise Noble (SA/QLD)
SCRATCH WORK: An open studio. Come in...
The Drawing Project is about following your dreams…literally.
A visual performance made of drawing, film, animation, puppetry, projection and performance. The Drawing Project (Opens Studio) allows you the opportunity to witness the behind-the-scenes making of this new work.
It’s an unwritten story that discovers itself through the process of its own making. It doesn’t know where it’s going, but that doesn’t stop it from going. It is about taking risks and trusting. It’s a dreamscape without the clarity of daylight. In every sense, it is a drawing, but it is taking the leap to exist as something else.

Quotes from previous works by Fleur Elise Noble - 2 Dimensional Life of Her:
"This astoundingly full bodied performance would be the talking point of any festival... Noble not only deconstructs her art, she shreds, incinerates and rebuilds it, milking the full potential of today's multi-media technology like an Andy Warhol for a new era." The Advertiser, Adelaide
“Brilliant, Provocative... Stunning” The Herald, Scotland
“I have never seen anything like it... Truly outstanding” db Magazine, Adelaide
