In January 20 local performance makers gathered within the walls of the Brisbane Powerhouse in an intensive training program entitled Time, Space and The Bodywith theatre specialists Barney O’Hanlon (SITI Company) and Laura Sheedy (The PIT) from New York.
You are invited to attend an open-door public showing of the work generated from this workshop as well as bear witness to sessions of open movement improvisation taught through The Viewpoints technique of ensemble building and performance making. This work will be created around the central theme of Communication Over Distance in conjunction with prolific Australian composer and arranger Kate Neal.
