Join Jazz Queensland to celebrate the closing of the Valley Jazz Festival 2009 at the official festival after party featuring great Australian jazz musicians Glyn MacDonald, Pete Jeavons and Michael Perkins.

Wowing audiences world-wide with their contemporary approach to original jazz music, the Glyn MacDonald Trio spare not a wayward note on their journey through realms of stage, studio, composition and beyond. With Pete Jeavons (Bass), Michael Perkins (Drums) and Glyn MacDonald (Piano), the Glyn MacDonald Trio draw influence from diverse ends of the musical spectrum. From Classical through to Latin, and coupled with a knack for infectious toe-tapping swing, their collective works rest comfortably on a bed of groove-oriented originality.
